It is interesting to see the comrades supporting this Leftist revolutionary on the forum. This is very parallel to how Islamists support Jihadis and violence to achieve dominance of Islam and Islamic state. Similarly Left 'ism' is the other 'VIOLENT' ideology that propagate violence, death and destruction as tools to implement their ideology. Mr Sen is another Leftist Jihadi in the the cause of Leftist Revolution...He must rot in Jail. He is anti India.

yes,binayk sen is not guilty for demolishing babri masjid or sikh riot1984 or godhra kand.,rather he devoted his life for helping poorest people.

Political people need only people like raja because he can share 1,69,000 cr. to alaid parties. Court judjement also like that only raja can move freely and stay & eat @ 7star hotel, use Benz car BUT FOR A LOCAL MAN, IN Rs.1000 THEFT CASE, COURT PUNISH & SEND IMD. TO JAIL. ha ha ha HA HA HA THAT IS INDIA

even earlier this criminal of a doctor was convicted by lower court and high court. he was let off by the supreme court on the basis of benefit of doubt but he got a a good dressing down from the judges.please read the judgement.

Yes this insane idiotic criminal indian government must release Dr. Binayak sen immediately.stop double standards,like realsing top terrorist leaders of ULFA, NSCN,etc,best the govenment of india must eat the feaces of the Rights Activist who are more morally right that any criminal politician to get some civic human sense.

ARE THERE NO DOWNTRODDEN THERE?WHY ALL THESE BENGALI LEFTIST ELEMENTS FOULING CHATTISGARH.ONE OF THESE LEADERS OFFERED ME ONE LAKH RUPEES TO CONVERT AT LEAST THREE TRIBALS.HE TOLD ME TO IMPRESS ON THE TRIBALS THAT THEY WOULD RETAIN THEIR NAMES EVEN AFTER CONVERSION.

Whereas there is no doubt about what the government should do- "Revoke the charges & set him free", one can also say that we the people also have to understand our duty to the nation. Having said that, it is really a sad commentary on the affairs of the nation that corrupt to the core and criminal elements form a major chunk of our ruling as well as opposition caders in parliament. What justice can be expected from them is any one's guess- well that is, "unless you are also one of them".
