India witnessed a remarkable record on Saturday when a Mohali-based real estate company successfully constructed a 10-storey skyscraper within 48 hours here.
According to reports, pre-fabricated steel structure technology was used to construct the building - ´Instacon´.
The construction was started on Thursday and it was completed at around 4:30 pm on Saturday.
As many as three cranes, 200 workers, which included a team 25 experts, worked hard to complete the building in 48 hours.
Pertinently, three floors of the building were constructed within six hours on Thursday.
The project is pioneered by Mohali-based real estate company Synergy Thrislington.
The company claimed the building will consume less power and will be eco-friendly.
