The condition of former South African President Nelson Mandela is critical but stable, reports said on Wednesday.
Mandela was admitted to a hospital in Pretoria on June 8 with a recurrence of lung infection.
Large number of people reportedly gathered outside the hospital on Tuesday as they lighted candles and left notes for the anti-apartheid leader.
Mandela´s former wife Winnie Madikizela-Mandela visited the leader in the hospital on Sunday.
Mandela will turn 95 on July 18.
Earlier, the 94-year-old Nobel Peace Prize winner was hospitalized on Mar 27 for pneumonia and a recurring lung infection.
