A new designer boutique 'Yaavi', which means heaven, was launched near Deshapriya Park at south Kolkata on Wednesday by the designer duo Saloni Agarwal and Manju Nahata, who is a homemaker.
Though mainly consist of ethnic wears, the range also comprises of Indo-Western wear.
Ethnic wear consists of wide range of sarees, salwar suits and lehengas. Both casual and formal wears were made of fabrics like georgettes, chiffons, silks and nets.
Saloni Agarwal, one of the designers and the partner of the boutique, said: "Our collections are blended with light sarees which definitely looks stunning and gorgeous. The collection of 'Yaavi' offers sophisticated touch for the elegant ladies who want to stand unique among the crowd."
"The collection includes salwar suits which costs between Rs 2000 to Rs 30,000; fashionable sarees between Rs 5000 to Rs 50,000; the lehengas cost between Rs 10, 000 to Rs 60,000, the indowestern dresses starts from 1500 onwards."
