Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Saturday attacked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's report card on the performance of his government in the past one year and termed it as 'wasteful talks'.
Speaking to reporters, Yadav said: "The report card contains wasteful talks."
Criticising Nitish Kumar´s government, he said law and order and education system has collapsed in the state during his rule.
"In the report card, Nitish should have sought apology over cases of rape of women," he said.
Kumar has released the annual report card 2012 that contained in details the progress made by various departments of his government in the past one year.
Speaking at a function after the release of the report card, Kumar said: "The Bihar model of development is rapidly catching up the imagination of other states and also by foreign countries."
Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) President Ram Vilas Paswan described the report card as a ´bundle of lies´.
