No comment of Eden track: Srinivasan

Kolkata, Dec 7 (IBNS) Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President N Srinivasan on Friday refused to make any comment on the nature of wicket at Kolkata's iconic Eden Gardens.

Speaking to media here, Srinivasan said: "I cannot comment on the Eden pitch because I am not a technical person.´´

Eden Gardens´ surface has been in news ever since curator Prabir Mukherjee refused to prepare a rank turner as demanded by India captain M S Dhoni.

When questioned on India´s performance in the third Test against England, the BCCI President said, ´´India will have to bat well in the second innings."
