Hyderabad: Expressing unhappiness over the all-party meeting held in Delhi on the Telangana issue on Tuesday, Osmania University students asked all public representatives from the region to submit their resignation to mount pressure at the Centre for the creation of a separate state.

The Joint Action Committee of Osmania students also demanded that the government introduce a bill in Parliament to carve out a separate state out of Andhra Pradesh.

"The four crore people of Telangana had high expectation from the talks in Delhi today. They thought a clear statements would come from the Centre for the formation of separate Telangana. But the comments of Pranab Mukharjee have hurt everyone. It showed the evil culture of Congress," Suman, a JAC leader told reporters.
