Making things happen

Ophelia, a chatterbox, gets along with everybody. The RJ has a strong creative and artistic streak and even wrote scripts at her college community station, MOP FM. Outspoken at most times, Ophelia effortlessly transformed herself into a one-woman cheerleader whenever she saw Saeed Anwar or Steve Waugh on screen.

“I got into radio jockeying when I was a student and I enjoy the thrill of being an RJ,” says Ophelia, who is a good actor as well.

She prefers to make things happen rather than wait for things to happen to her. She adds, “It’s hard for people to pigeon-hole me!”
