Don’t worry, be happy

She hosted Kalakkapovathu Yaaru on Vijay TV. A firm believer in the adage “All the world’s a stage”, Uma gets her high when she performs for the audience.

“They have only radio jockeys in FM Radio. Nobody has got celebrity jockeys. This is the first time in India that radio is going to have a celebrity jockey,” says Uma.

“I love children and I am happy to host a children’s show,” she says. A jack-of-all-trades, she considers “learning new things” her hobby.
