In the twelfth edition of the Concise Oxford English Dictionary more new words have been added to expand the world of vocabulary.

popular internet jargons and social networking terms like "retweet" and "sexting" have been added to the Oxford Dictionary.

Over 400 new entries, including the likes of "cyberbullying" and "upcycle" have been added to the reference volume in total that includes more than 240,000 phrases. The addition of these words has expanded the whole arena of the popular dictionary.

The dictionary was first published in 1911. Over the years the dictionary has been updated by maintaining the growing trends of the society.
