New Delhi: A small plane carrying Uttar Pradesh minister Shivpal Yadav on Saturday skidded off the runway after it landed at Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport in New Delhi, media reports said.
Yadav, who is the brother of Samajwadi Party (SP) supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav, remained unhurt in the incident.
According to reports, the incident occurred at around 12 noon.
The small plane, which is owned by the Uttar Pradesh government, was coming from Lucknow and it skidded off the runway after landing at the airport.
The nose-wheel of the plane got stuck in mud, reports said.
The plane was carrying six passengers in it.
Yadav and other passengers were taken to a medical facility at the airport where they were treated for minor injuries, reports said.
