PM greets the nation on Navroz

New Delhi, Aug 19 (IBNS) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has greeted the nation, and especially the members of the Parsi community, on the joyous occasion of Navroz - which marks the beginning of the Zoroastrian New Year.

In his message, Singh said that Navroz symbolizes new beginnings and is traditionally considered to be a harbinger of peace and prosperity.

May the occasion bring well-being and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood in our society, he added.
