; A polish man has reportedly built a McLaren F1 replica that took him eight years to build and cost him just 36,940 dollars.

Jacek Mazur, a self- described amateur mechanic from Poland, has previously built a Ferrari Testarossa, a Lamborghini Countach and a Porsche 911.

However, the latest McLaren replica is his greatest build, costing him a meager sum compared to what the original supercar costs, stuff.co.nz reports.

The replica McLaren has an Audi V8 power plant, taking the top speed to 320kmh, along with an added small fourth seat as a tribute to diminutive Top Gear host Richard Hammond.

Mazur said that he is treated like a Hollywood star when he takes the car out for a drive, the report added. (ANI)
