New Delhi: Congress MP from Unnao Anu Tandon on Friday termed India Against Corruption (IAC) chief Arvind Kejriwal's allegations to be completely baseless and malicious, and added that the latter was indulging in all kinds of activities to gain publicity.

"I can only say that the allegations that I am hearing from you (the media) or watching on the TV and the ones that IAC and Arvind Kejriwal have made are completely baseless, they are malicious, and I completely deny any such rubbish. I don't know anything about it. I don't know what he is talking about," said Tandon.

"And, I don't want to discuss something that I feel it's a just pure waste of time, energy. And I have better things in this world, I have my constituency, I have my people, I wish these people would work for the poor as much as it's required instead of talking such malicious things on the television," she added.

When asked that Kejriwal has alleged that she was in the Core Team of Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi, Tandon said: "I think this is also completely wrong, what about Core Team or no Core Team. I am a Member of Parliament; I have been chosen a Member of Parliament from the Congress. Mr. Rahul Gandhi is my leader, Soniaji is my leader and I am doing my job to the best of my ability. I don't know what Core Team means. The entire Congress is together in doing what is right.

"By taking the name of Rahulji, Congress and to fulfill his political ambitions and to gain publicity, he is talking about all baseless things," she added.

Kejriwal, who targeted the Swiss bank account holders in his expose on 'black money' earlier today, alleged that Anu Tandon has Rs. 125 crores and her husband former IRS, ED official Sandeep Tandon, who raided Reliance, has Rs. 125 crores in Swiss banks.

Kejriwal, who gave details of Swiss bank account holders, said the government had details of 700 Swiss bank account holders in the HSBC Bank in Geneva.

Kejriwal, who parted ways with Anna Hazare, also alleged that the UPA Government-led by Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has turned out to be the biggest economic threat to India.

Kejriwal has so far targetted Congress President Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra, External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid, BJP President Nitin Gadkari and the Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance group.
