New Delhi, May 3 (IBNS) Radio Misty, the first and FM station of North Bengal and Sikkim, has entered in the prestigious Limca Book of Records 2013 for being the first FM station in country to establish partnership with Radio Netherlands Worldwide (RNW).
Earlier Radio Misty made national record in 2011 Limca Book of Records for being the only FM station in country to broadcast shows and music in most languages.
On July 8, 2008 Radio Misty established partnership with Radio Netherlands worldwide (RNW) to air its selected shows .Radio Netherlands worldwide is one of the top five International Broadcasters.
Radio Misty has stations in Siliguri in West Bengal and Gangtok in Sikkim.
Radio Misty Chief Executive Officer Nishant Mittal said: "We established partnership with Radio Netherlands worldwide (RNW) to bring innovative shows to our listeners."
"This entry in Limca Book of Records has given us the strength to be more innovative and give a new look to shows," he said.
