Second Test: Australia 187/4 at tea

Australian skipper Michael Clarke and wicketkeeper Matthew Wade hit fighting half-centuries that helped the visitors stabilize their innings as they scored 187 for four in the first innings at tea on the first day of the second cricket Test against India at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Uppal, here on Saturday.

Clarke was batting on 68 while Wade was on 55 at tea.

Pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar picked three wickets while offie Ravichandran Ashwin bagged one wicket.

Earlier, Clarke won the toss and elected to bat in the second Test against India here.
