-ANI): A suicide bombing rocked the Afghan capital Kabul on Saturday leaving five people dead, police said.
The attack took place at 11:40 a.m. local time in Shashdarak area, a neighborhood close to ISAF headquarters and U.S. embassy.
Daud Amin, the deputy director of Kabul police, speaking to the media at the site of the blast, confirmed that the attacker along with four civilians were killed in the blast and four other civilians were injured.
The blast coincided with the event to mark the 11th martyrdom anniversary of late resistance leader and national hero Ahmad Shah Masoud amid tight security. (Xinhua-ANI)
