Kolkata, Apr 30 (IBNS) Far from the madding crowd, a super luxury boutique villa project promoted by celebrity architect Suzzane Roshan is soon coming up at Dona Paula, a village on the banks of rivers Zuari and Mandovi under Panjim in Goa.

"The Red Sanctuary " is a conceptual housing project with river facing villas, primed to be a refuge for electric art and innovative aesthetics.

Speaking about the project here in Kolkata, Suzanne, wife of Bollywood´s hottest hunk Hrithik Roshan, said: "We have put a lot of soul and heart on this project."

The project is aimed to provide the owners "love, tranquility and peace of mind". "The area of the site is eco- friendly and bounded by no development zone," she added.

The project, stated to be India's first of its kind super luxury venture meant for discerning few, comprised nine villas each of which will have a total area of 5000 to 6000 square feet and comprising ground plus three floors. Each of the villas will be priced at Rs nine crores and above depending on the area.

It will have a semi covered swimming pool, deck, Jacuzzi and roof top entertainment area along with barbecue and grill corner besides a dedicated capsule lift.

Suzanne said: "The Red Sanctuary would take one to a magical journey into fantasy realism, a place where tranquility meets energy and is a home away from home to unwind completely."

Marketing chief of the project Anurag Goradia informed that pre bookings are being done at the base area of 5000 sq. feet and any change in the final area would be adjusted accordingly.

Initial bookings for three villas have already been received, Goradia said adding that the project would be ready by the last quarter of 2014.
