Hold a dumbbell in one hand and lie down on your back. Lift the dumbbell and twist your body, supporting yourself on your other arm while bending your knee. Slowly sit up, while bending your other knee, the dumbbell still lifted up with your other hand. With the support of the free hand, shift into a single knee kneeling position and then lunge and raise yourself to a standing position. Do this about 20 reps in two minutes.
Single legged Romanian deadlift
Hold a weight (it can be a barbell or a dumbbell) in front of you, with your feet close together. Keeping your back straight, bend forward and lift one leg up backwards till your upper body is parallel to the floor. Return to start position and do about 20 reps in 40 seconds.
