-ANI): Three advisers of Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi have delivered their resignation, as clashes renewed outside the presidential palace, official MENA news agency reported Wednesday.

One of the advisors, Amr al-Lethi, said in his twitter account that "I announce today that I tendered my resignation in protest of the constitutional declaration, and I was not consulted about these decisions."

Earlier in the day, Ayman Sayyad, a columnist, said he also stepped down. "It's time for me to reveal the news of resignation which I kept for a week. (I) searched for solutions but (it) turned out to be of no use," he said.

Another presidential advisor and a professor of politics, Seif Abdoul-Fattah, said in a statement that he cannot accept that there is a young man dead, referring to the alleged death in the ongoing clashes between supporters and opponents of Morsi.

He urged the Muslim Brotherhood to consider more for the country rather than for the group. (Xinhua-ANI)
