TNPSC will recruit 3631 candidates for posts including Sub-Registrar, Municipal commissioner, Assistant section officer in finance department, Secretariat, Assistant inspector of labour in the labour department among others. For the complete list, candidates can visit the TNPSC website.
For SC/ST/MBC/BC/DC and DW of all castes, the age limit should be between 18 years and 35 years. For other candidates the age limit should be between 18 years and 30 years as on 01.07.2012. For Sub-Registrar post the age limit should be between 20 years to 30 years. For Junior Employment Officer (DA) post, the age limit should be between 30 years and 40 years as on 01.07.2012. How to apply
Candidates should apply online through the Commission's website
The selection of candidates for appointment to the posts mentioned against the first list (‘A’) will be made through (i) Written Examination and (ii) Oral Test
For the list of posts mentioned in ‘B’ the candidates will be selected after written examination. No further procedure for ‘B’ listed post.
Mode of submitting application form
Candidates should apply online in the Commission's website www.tnpsc.gov.in or www.tnpscexams.net. Candidates are required to pay Rs.150/- (Rupees one hundred and fifty only) for examination fees. Candidates claiming exemption from examination fee should pay only Rs.50/- towards application fee. Candidates can choose either online or offline mode of payment.
