United India Insurance company administrative officers recruitment Pattern and Syllabus 2013

The selection procedure will be based on three stages:

Online Written test
Descriptive Test
Final selection

Phase I: The Online written test will be an objective type and its have four type.

Reasoning (Logical reasoning & problem on figures) – 50 Marks
Quantitative Aptitude – 50 Marks
English – 50 Marks
General Knowledge, Financial Awareness & Computer Knowledge - 50 Marks

There will be a negative mark (0.25/wrong answer) for choosing wrong answer by the candidate.

Phase II:  Candidate who cleared the online test will be allowed for Descriptive Test. Question paper will be from English, precis writing and Letter writing .A candidate have to qualify in descriptive test, but the marks not count for final selection. 

Phase III:  Candidates who qualified online will be called for final selection. The Selection will be the basis of performance in the test and descriptive test.
Selected candidates appointed as administrative officer for the probation period latterly one year it may be extended to six months. The company terminates the service of candidate founds is unsuitable in anytime of this period without any notice. Also candidates have to sign a bond for a minimum period of four years.
