The Indian Chamber of Commerce was represented by ICC-NER Chairman Mahesh Saharia, ICC-NER Sr. Advisor Nakib Ahmed and key members of the Indian Chamber of Commerce , CMDs, MDs, CEOs of corporate houses, companies, business establishments and captains of industry.
The US Commercial Service signed a memorandum of understanding with ICC to partner in establishing three American Business Corners at ICC offices in Assam, Bihar and Orissa.
The American Business Corner will showcase catalogs and business materials of U.S. companies at the dedicated ABC library.
The ABC is designed to assist U.S. companies in promoting their brand and generating business lead from emerging metropolitan cities in India.
It is also a value added service by industry chambers to their members who seek American technologies and equipment to upgrade production capabilities and become more competitive in global markets.
Information on tourism and outbound investment services, including Select USA, as well as invitations to jointly organize networking events are other features which make an ABC a great value for both Indian and American firms.
