Kolkata, Nov 4 (IBNS) Usha Martin Education & Solutions Limited Q2 revenue has increased by 12%.
The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting here on Friday, considered the financial results for second quarter and half-year ended on 30th September 2011.
Standalone revenue for Q2 stood at Rs. 652.86 Lakhs, which is an improvement of 12% on quarter-to-quarter basis and Standalone Net Profit (PAT) stood at Rs. 249.79 Lakhs. While Consolidated Q2 revenue was Rs. 720.36 Lakhs, which is an improvement of approx. 18% on a q-o-q basis.
Consolidated Net Profit (PAT) stood at Rs. 250.90 Lakhs. Company continues to remain debt-free as on 30th September 2011.
The company said its plans of tapping the market for fresh funds through rights issue has been deferred until better market conditions prevail. Till such time the company plans to continue funding its business expansion through internal sources.
