New Delhi, Mar 1 (IANS) A misty morning was followed by a warm and sunny afternoon in the capital Friday as the maximum temperature settled two notches below average at 25.1 degrees Celsius. The Met Office has forecast similar weather Saturday.
"There will be light mist in the morning tomorrow (Saturday). Afternoon would be sunny and warm," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 26 and 13 degrees Celsius, the IMD official added.
Friday's minimum temperature was 12.2 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year. The humidity levels wavered between a high of 73 percent and a low of 32 percent.
Thursday's maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded a notch above average for this time of the season at 26.1 and 12.8 degrees Celsius.
