The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has declared the result=s of Uccha Madhyamik (class 12) examination on June 8.Candidates who had appeared for the examinations may check the status on the official website, wbresults.nic.in
This year, around 8.26 lakh students had appeared for the uccha madhyamik examinations that were started from March 27 and ended on April 11.
The pass percentage recorded was at 83.75% with Granthan Sengupta of Jalpaiguri District School, Arts stream, securing the top spot with 99.2%.Ritvik Kumar Sahu is the science topper with 98.6 per cent.
In 18 districts of West Bengal, the pass percentage of girls was higher than that of boys.
Steps to check West Bengal Board 12th Results
1) Visit the official website, wbchse.nic.in or wbresults.nic.in,
2) Click on the link to WBCHSE Class 12th Result 2018.
3) Enter the registration details asked in the webpage and click on submit.
Once the results are displayed, make sure to take a print of the same for future reference.
