With her favourite mackerel sushi dish, a scrumptious birthday cake, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren by her side, Misao Okawa celebrated her 115th birthday and her world's oldest woman title on Tuesday in a Japanese nursing home in Osaka.She was quoted by agencies as saying that she had never expected to live to such a great age but had managed it "thanks to everybody".
