India will take on Sri Lanka in a do-or-die Group A match of the ICC Women's World Cup at Brabourne Stadium here on Tuesday.

Both the teams need a win to make it to the super-six stage of the tournament.

India are yet to lose a match against Sri Lanka.

According to reports, the two teams last met during the 2009 world cup in Australia and India won it by 35 runs, riding on Mithali Raj´s unbeaten 75.

"It's a do-or-die game for us and we are not going to take Sri Lanka lightly. On such a wicket especially, it could be anybody's game," Raj was quoted as saying ahead of Tuesday´s match.
