Andhra Bank has released the final results of the interviews held for recruitment of 400 Probationary Officers announced in Sep 2012.
The interviews were held in October 2012.
A total of 387 candidates have been selected as Probationary Officers.

Earlier: Andhra Bank was founded by the freedom fighter Dr. Bhogaraju Pattabhi Sitaramayya in November 1923.
The Bank invites applications for the post of Probationary Officer/Specialist Officer from Indian citizens who have taken the Common Written Examination for Probationary Officer cadre conducted by IBPS in September / November 2011/ for Specialist Officers on 11.03.2012 and have a valid Score card issued by IBPS.

470 vacancies have been announced from which candidates will be taken in as probationary officers, IT officers, Rajbasha officers, HR and Law officers.
Minimum Age Limit/Experience and Qualification
Graduates or post graduates from recognized universities within the age range of 20 to 40 years can apply. Candidates should also have the required IBPS score cut-off marks.
Selection procedure will be by way of Group Discussion and/or Interview. The total marks for interview will be 35. The minimum qualifying marks for the interview would 40% for General and OBC category and 35% for SC/ST/PWD category.
How to Apply
Candidates are required to apply online through website www.andhrabank.in. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted. In case a candidate chooses to pay fees through branches of the Bank, he should take a printout of the fee payment challan and pay at Andhra Bank branches. Now, he can revisit the site and apply online.
Call letters for the interview will be sent to the shortlisted/eligible candidates only through email
