Andhra Bank Probationary/Specialist Officers results 2012

Update: Andhra Bank has declared the final results for the recruitment of Probationary Officers/Specialist Officers (IT, Law, Operations and OL).

The selection of the candidates is based on the performance in the Common Written Examination for Probationary/Specialist Officers conducted by IBPS and interview.

The call letters have been sent out to the successful candidates.

Andhra Bank invites applications for the post of Probationary Officer/Specialist Officer from Indian citizens who have taken the Common Written Examination for Probationary Officer cadre conducted by IBPS in September/November 2011 for Specialist Officers on 11.03.2012 and have a valid score card issued by IBPS.

Name & No. of posts

Andhra Bank will recruit 470 candidates for the post of Probationary Officers, IT Officers, Rajbasha Officers, HR Officers and Law Officers.

Probationary officers - 400 vacancies

IT officers - 40 vacancies

Rajbasha officers -7 vacancies

HR officers - 8 vacancies

Law officers - 15 vacancies

Eligibility

Minimum age limit: For Probationary Officers, age limit should between 20 years to 30 years as on 01.07.2011. For IT officers, Rajbasha officers and HR officers, the age limit should between 20 years to 35 years as on 01.12.2011. For law officers the age limit between 21 years to 40 years as on 01.12.2011.

Experience & Qualification:
Probationary officers - Graduate in any discipline from any University recognized by Government of India.
IT Officers – Degree/Post Graduation in CS/CA/IT/EC/Instrumentation.
Rajbasha Officers - PG Degree in Hindi/Sanskrit with English as a subject at degree level.
HR Officers - Degree + PG Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management/IR/HRD social work/Labour Law (OR) Degree /Diploma in Business Administration/Management with specialization in HRD.
Law Officers - Degree in Law (LLB) with 3 years experience of practice at Bar or Judicial service and/or Law Officer in legal department of a reputed Bank or the Central /State Govt. or PSU.

Candidates are required to apply online through website www.andhrabank.in. Before login to bank's website applicants are informed to pay application fee through nearby branch of Andhra bank. Payment details for SC/ST/PWD/XSM is Rs.20/- (Rupees twenty only). Payment details for General/OBC candidate is Rs.100/- (Rupees hundred only).
