IBPS CWE Clerical exam in a nutshell!

Here is all you need to know about the CWE Clerical exam in a nutshell! 

Exam fees (payable both online and offline):
Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates.
Rs. 600 /- for all others 

The exam consists of five sections with 40 questions in each section. The total number of questions would be 200 and the time available for completing the exam is 120 minutes. The five sections are:
  • Reasoning 
  • English Language  
  • Numerical Ability 
  • General Awareness (with special reference to Banking Industry) 
  • Computer Knowledge 

Negative Marking:
A negative marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer. Unattempted questions will not result in negative marking. 

The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXSM candidates). The weightage (ratio) of CWE (exam) and interview will be 80:20. For each State/UT, the combined final scores of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of total scores obtained by the candidates in CWE Clerk-IV and interview.
