Name & No. of Posts

The Bank will recruit 7740 candidates for the various posts in the associated banks of State Bank of India.

Eligibility

The age range should be from 18 years to 28 years as on 01.08.2012. Candidates should have a minimum of 10+2 with 60% marks or a graduate degree from a recognized university. Candidates who have completed full time diploma course can also apply.

How to apply

Candidates are required to visit the bank's website to apply for the written examination.

Selection Procedure

All eligible candidates can apply for this examination through the bank's website. Those candidates who are all getting selected in the written examination will be called for personal interview. There will be negative marks in the written examination for each wrong answer given by the candidates.

Mode of Submitting Application Form

Candidates are required to visit bank's website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in to apply for the written examination. The application fees for SC/ST/PWD/XS candidates is Rs.50 and for OBC/General candidates Rs.350.
