Earlier:TNPSC is now inviting applications for the post of foreman in Tamil Nadu fisheries subordinate service. The applications are invited through online mode up to 15.09.2012.

TNPSC will recruit 7 candidates for the post of foreman in Tamil Nadu fisheries subordinate service.
For SC/ ST/MBC/DC/BCM/BC/DW of all caste candidates who possess any degree or a diploma in mechanical engineering or a post diploma in diesel traction after passing any degree /PTC/PUC/HSC, there is no maximum age limit. They are all should be more than 18 years.
For SC/ST/DWs of all Castes candidates who possess the qualification post diploma in diesel traction and no higher qualification than the minimum general educational qualification, the age limit should be between 18 years to 40 years.
For MBC/DC, BCM and BC candidates who possess the qualification post diploma in diesel traction and no higher qualification than the minimum general educational qualification, the age limit should be 18 years to 37 years.
For other candidates the age limit should be between 18 years to 35 years.
How to apply
Candidates are required to apply online through the commission's website www.tnpsc.gov.in or www.tnpscexams.net.
Selection will be made through Main Examination in Computer Based Test format and Oral Test.
Mode of submitting Application Form
Candidates have to pay Rs.150/- (Rupees one hundred and fifty only) as examination fees. Candidates claiming exemption from examination fee should pay Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty only) towards application cost. Candidates can choose either online or offline to pay examination fees. The offline payment should be made in post office or Indian Bank.

A valid e-mail ID or mobile number is mandatory for registration and e-mail ID should be kept active till the declaration of results. TNPSC will send hall tickets for main examination in computer based test format, interview call letters, and other memos etc. to the registered/given e-mail ID only.
