TNPSC Labour Officer Recruitment 2012: Interview Call Letter

Applications are invited from Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) for the direct recruitment of Labour Officer only through online mode.

TNPSC is ready to recruit 5 candidates for the post of labour officer in Tamil Nadu labour service.

Eligibility


For SCs, SC (A) s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and destitute widows of all castes, candidates should be completed minimum of 18 years. For other candidates, the age limit should be between 18 years to 30 years as on 01.07.2012. Candidates should be qualified in any of the following categories.

A  degree of M.L.M awarded by the Tamil Nadu Institute of labour studies, Chennai (or)  

i) Any degree and
ii) A degree or Diploma in social work or social science or Labour relations or social welfare (or) a Diploma in labour laws awarded by the Indian law Institute, New Delhi  (or)  A Diploma in labour laws and administrative laws (or) a degree in law  (or) Post graduate Diploma in labour administration awarded by the Tamil Nadu institute of labour studies (or) a post graduate Diploma in personnel management, industrial relations and labour welfare awarded by the madras productivity council  (or) Post graduate diploma in personnel management and industrial relations awarded by the Madurai institute of social work, Madurai (or) M.A. Degree in work education awarded by the University of Madras.  

How to apply

Candidates should apply online in the commission's website www.tnpsc.gov.in or in www.tnpscexams.net.

Selection process

Selection will be made through Written Examination and Oral Test.  

Mode of submitting application form

Candidates are required to pay Rs.175/- (Rupees one hundred and Seventy five only) as examination fees. Candidates claiming exemption from examination fee should pay Rs.50/- towards application cost. The payment should be made either in online/offline modes. The offline payment must be paid in Post Office or in Indian bank branches.

Last date for submission of applications: 08-10-2012
Last date for payment of fee through bank or Post Office: 10-10-2012
Date of Written Examination: 10-11-2012

Important instructions

A valid e-mail ID or Mobile Number is mandatory for registration and e-mail ID should be kept active till the declaration of results.
