Queens Park Rangers (QPR) manager Harry Redknapp has denied a newspaper report which claimed that a training break for the football club in Dubai had turned into a 'stag party'.
Angry over the report, which said that partying in Dubai had left some players incapable of training as the team-building break became a 'glorified holiday', Redknapp claimed that the story has been fabricated by someone looking to unsettle the Premier League's bottom club, BBC News reports.
The QPR boss said that he had made his players work very hard daily at the Dubai training camp and allowed them only a single night out with a few teams, adding that the players trained again early next morning.
The struggling team's crucial 2-1 win over Southampton gave them only their third league win of the season and lifted them to within four points of safety, the report added. (ANI)
