David Haye, who had been selected to become the camp meddler on I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!', had been given the task of hiding the camp mirror which he was sure was going to get the girls in a spin.
The boxer had been warned that if he was seen taking the item, he would forfeit the care packages.
"Ha ha, this is going to hurt the ladies in the camp, particularly Helen," he laughed.
Unsurprisingly the first to respond to the missing item was Helen who became increasingly concerned over it's whereabouts, the Daily Mail reported.
It was an important piece of kit for the former Coronation Street actress, particularly as she had given herself a fake tan.
Commenting on the young actress' mucky appearance, Rosemary Shrager said: "Helen was looking horrendous, she had no mirror, she had put so much fake tan on the poor girl did look silly. It is actually very funny, it's a hoot!"
Camp meddler David chimed in with his opinion too, saying: "It looks absolutely terrible, it looks like she's had a mud fight."
"It's patchy and she's such a pretty girl and she messes herself up."
Helen washed her face and everyone agreed she looked better.
And David proved he was a big softy at heart: "She's struggling without that mirror, I do feel sorry for her." (ANI)
