AB de Villiers has claimed he is relishing the dream opportunity to keep wickets for South Africa alongside playing a central role as a batsman in the team.
De Villiers said he loves his current position in the Proteas team as a wicketkeeper and a top-order batsman.
Proteas Twenty20 captain said he wants to stick to the wicket-keeping role in Test cricket for a long time in future as he is fully enjoying it.
De Villiers added that keeping wicket is something he has done since he was only eight years old, adding that when he came into the team, Mark Boucher was Proteas' number one glove man.
De Villiers added that since he has got the opportunity to keep wickets, he would like to hold on with his position for a long time. (ANI)
