Golfer in mankini shocks onlookers

A golfer, who wore a lime green mankini while playing on a golf course in the Northern territory, turned heads in his vibrant dress on Boxing Day.

He was seen on the course at the RAAF Darwin Golf Club trying to beat the heat in the mankini, the Herald Sun reported.

The mankini went viral when British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen broke it out in the 2006 comedy 'Borat', which was about a man from Kazakhstan who journeys across the United States in an ice cream truck - in 2006.

However, some Facebook followers weren't impressed with the golfer's antics and posted things like he should be charged for indecent exposure and that the mankini was totally disrespectful of the game. (ANI)
