A Lingerie Football League game between clubs from two cities Saskatoon Sirens and Regina Rage in Canada turned into nasty fight when spectators and fans in the stands started exchanging punches during the match with a 25-second clip of the indoor football fisticuffs posted to YouTube on Wednesday.

It's unclear what caused Saturday's scuffle in the stands, but tensions were flaring as the hometown Sirens had to claw back against the Rage.

"When we were on commercial break, it got ugly in the stands. These two cities hate each other, and it carried over into the crowd," another commentator said. "It was a nasty fight," the New York Daily News quoted a commentator, as saying in the video.

In the end, the Rage rallied to win 26-20, although a rematch is set for Oct. 21.

According to local reports, the brawl was one of two that night.

Eleven spectators got ejected, including two people who went streaking and disrupted the game.

"It is a younger, male crowd, it's a Saturday night, people have a few drinks before they get to the event and they have another couple in the building," Scott Ford, a spokesman for the Credit Union Centre, told a local newspaper. (ANI)
