Mental Disintegration, Indo-Pak style
Cricket is a game of skill and experience while pressure plays an important part. However, when it comes to games between India and Pakistan, somehow pressure seems to be the most overwhelming factor.

It is as if the aspirations and fears of millions of people from both sides of the border get into the minds of the cricketers, no matter how much they try to deny it.

Most Indian and Pakistani teams have been evenly matched when they have squared off in the past. Yet, usually depending on the era or the type of tournament they have played in, results have always been a one-way street depending on who has the mental ascendancy at that particular time.
