Olympics 2004: Marathon win

Japan`s Mizuki Noguchi put on an extraordinary display of front-running to win the Olympic women`s marathon title as Britain`s Paula Radcliffe`s challenge ended in bitter tears. She hung on to win by 12 seconds, timing two hours 26 minutes 20 seconds.
