Paes, Bhupathi win doubles title at Chennai Open

Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi recorded their first tour win as a team since 2004 when they outplayed the first-time combination of Robin Haase and David Martin 6-2, 6-7 (3), 10-7 to annex their fifth ATP Chennai Open doubles crown here Sunday.

The top seeded Indian duo who last won here 2002 and are preparing for this month's Australian Open, the only Grand Slam silverware missing in their showcase, were far too experienced for the Dutch-American combo.
