Path to IPL 2009 semis: Delhi Daredevils

Delhi Daredevils ended their league engagements with a table-topping 20 points from 14 league matches before their title hopes vaporised in the glare of Gilchrist's scalding-hot onslaught in IPL 2009's first semi-final.

It was a sad end to a run that had begun with a 10-wicket win over Kings XI Punjab in a rain-truncated match at Cape Town on April 19.
