Sprint legend Mo Farah has said that he refrains from going into certain parts of London because when people spot him, they tend to run beside him and do the iconic Mobot pose.
"I can't go down there. I can't. I have to avoid it because my gold post-box is on the corner and everyone stops there and does the Mobot in photographs," The Sun quoted Farah, as saying.
"If I'm going past I end up stopping and smiling and waving and joining the pictures. I can't help myself, I lean out of the car and say 'hello' and join in and they all shout my name. It takes me ages to get anywhere!" he added.
Farah also said how his life had changed since his Olympic glories and he became someone from a nobody.
"Oh, it's greatMy life has changed so much since the Olympics. I used to walk down the street, just being myself or with my wife, and nobody knew who I was," he said.
"Now they all know. They do the Mobot and shake my hand and tell me where they were when I won," he added. (ANI)
