Phelps hits all-time best

American swimmer Michael Phelps took two more golds to become the most successful Olympian of all time on Wednesday, while China roared ahead in the medals table.

The US team has dominated in the pool, where 23-year-old phenomenon Phelps took his career tally to an unprecedented 11 Olympic golds.
