Olympics
The giant cooling towers of the Shougang Capital Iron and Steel factory can be seen dominating the skyline in the western suburbs of Beijing.

The giant steel producer is considered to be one of the city`s worst polluters and in the process of being relocated outside of the capital in a bid to improve the air quality in the run-up to the 2008 Olympic Games.
