Sachin is living our dream

A majority of us are not even qualified to write about Sachin Tendulkar who completes 20 years of international cricket today, Nov 15, 2009.

Honestly, in all my years as a sports journalist spanning over two decades, I haven't witnessed such a coverage devoted exclusively to one sportsperson.

I wonder what the man himself is thinking about it or quite likely, he is untouched by the hype as he has been for all his cricketing life.

At least, that was the impression I got when I saw his picture that was taken during a practice session in Ahmedabad ahead of Monday's first Test against Sri Lanka.
