As India locks horns with Australia in two T20 Internationals, we take a look at the team's most successful players in the shortest format of the game.
Most runs: Gautam Gambhir
Gambhir has made 621 runs but he will have to fend off a challenge from Suresh Raina, who is close on his heels at 583.
Highest individual score: Suresh Raina
Raina thumped 101 against the South Africans at Gros Islet in the 2010 World T20, the century coming off a mere 59 balls. No other Indian has even touched 80. Rohit Sharma's unbeaten 79 against Australia in the same tournament is the second highest score.
Best strike rate (for a minimum of 10 matches): Virender Sehwag
That was predictable. Sehwag has a strike rate of 153.43 pipping another usual suspect in Yuvraj Singh.
