Victims of declaration

When stand-in captain Rahul Dravid declared the Indian innings at 675 on the second day of their first Test against Pakistan, everybody was taken by surprise. Leave alone Sachin Tendulkar. But the little master from Mumbai is not the first victim of a declaration.
