Just days after giving birth to her third child, Alex Gerrard is back in action.

The wife of Liverpool FC and England midfielder Steven Gerrard gave birth at the start of this month to her third child but looked in great shape in black heels, a grey jumper and a black blazer on Saturday night, the Daily Mail reported.

Gerrard, who had been recuperating at home with her newborn, Lourdes, seemed ready to let her hair down and pulled off a tough outfit.

The 29-year-old must have been taking some serious yoga training during her pregnancy as she effortlessly fitted into a pair of wet-look leggings.

Along with a group of friends she ventured out into Liverpool for a celebratory drink with her nearest and dearest.

The group met at the posh San Carlo Italian restaurant where they had dinner and made a toast to baby Lourdes.

The fashion columnist then led the group to a few bars in Liverpool as she acquainted herself with some of her favourite haunts in the city. (ANI)
